About Claude

Six years ago, I left Stockholm, sold everything I had, and moved to London with nothing but a camera and a vision. Everyone told me not to pursue photography. I did it anyway.

It took four years to land my first three Michelin-star restaurant — and I haven’t stopped since.

Today, I work with some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands. My competitive mindset — shaped by a background in sports — and the unwavering support of my Japanese mother have kept me moving forward.

I specialise in food and lifestyle photography, and occasionally interiors — always with a focus on storytelling and craft. I shoot with the FUJIFILM GFX 100 II — a 102-megapixel medium format camera that captures extraordinary detail and depth, far beyond traditional full-frame systems.
